"Здравствуй" (zdrUH-stvoo-y) is used if you use the pronoun "ты" talking to that person.
"Здравствуйте"(zdrUH-stvoo-y-tye) - for the pronoun "Вы/вы".

"Хорошо. А у Вас?" (huh-ruh-shOH. uh oo vAHs) - If you use "Вы" talking to the person.
"Хорошо. А у тебя?" (huh-ruh-shOH. uh oo tye-bYA) - if you use "ты" talking to the person.
