Can you explain this grammar?
Can Liaison come before the word en?
Can a liaison happen before the word en?
like in this example:
Ils rentrent chez eux en voiture.
In that example, you would not use liaison because "chez eux" is its own nominal phrase at the end of a rhythmic group, and so there is a pause. However, you can use liaison before "en", for example in "Allez-vous en!"
